The Swiss Pascal Najadi has recently attracted attention by claiming to have “successfully” filed a lawsuit against Pfizer Inc. in the U.S., even to have “won” already, although his lawsuit has probably not even been served on the opponent and actually has very little chance of success. According to his social media posts, Najadi has been on a luxury yacht in the Mediterranean with friends since early June 2023. His travelogue raises many questions.
He is so impaired from his vaccine damage that he now needs to recover (with a Bloody Mary in hand), Najadi shares on June 4, 2023. He speaks of low oxygen saturation in his blood and attaches a photo of oxygen tanks he seems to be carrying on the trip.
Hm, isn’t that quite a high risk, such a sailing trip, for someone who has trouble getting his oxygen fill by normal breathing? How do you get to a hospital quickly enough if the condition worsens? But maybe the sea has an immense healing effect on Najadi, it is to be hoped.
Najadi seems to have entrusted his recovery efforts to the accomplished crew of the luxury yacht Parsifal III, of which he posts an interior view as part of his personal travelogue. The 54m sailing yacht Parsifal III, built by Italian shipyard Perini Navi, can accommodate up to 12 guests in five cabins and up to nine crew members. According to the website www.yachtcharterfleet.com, “This multi-award winning yacht features interior styling by Remi Tessier…. Parsifal III offers the perfect mix of luxurious living coupled with plenty of adventure once her sails are unfurled. Step aboard and experience the magic of a sailing yacht charter for yourself….. A charter on Parsifal III is comfortable and convenient thanks to the provided amenities including a deck jacuzzi, perfect to enjoy the scenery with your favourite drink in hand….”
Luxury designer Remi Tessier’s aesthetic is indeed uniquely exclusive. On his website, he writes: “While each interior project is client-tailored and bespoke, they all share a peaceful elegance. After all, luxury and refinement should be sensed rather than ostentatiously forced. As such, exceptional quality and imperceptible detail are the cornerstones of Rémi’s design philosophy.”
Irritatingly, Najadi apparently did not take the after dinner photo of his luxury accommodation himself. He seems to have taken the photo from the website of the yacht broker Edmiston and edited it. The logo “Edmiston” is cut away, the photo appears darker. However, the comparison of the background elements (e.g. white line on the right, bright light on the left) and details like the position of the candles on the table clearly shows: it is the same photo.
Did Najadi perhaps only want to show with an example photo how beautiful life on a yacht can be in general, while he himself is on the move with a much less pompous yacht? The course of communication suggests otherwise.
In response to a follower’s question, Najadi writes: “Yes, they are custom made in Viareggio, Italy. The best in their class without a doubt. Silvio Berlusconi also had one, “Vai Via Principessa”, fun name…. ;-).
The Vai Via Principessa (Italian for “Go away princess”, editor’s note), which is only used privately, was actually also built by Perini Navi. Najadi thus confirms to the follower that the luxury yacht he probably recognized in his vacation photo is from Perini Navi. That is correct, it is the Parsifal III.
The yacht belongs to friends of his, Najadi shares in response to a Twitter comment from @barbouillech, who suggested Najadi should ask for donations after all to pay for the expensive dinner on the yacht. In fact, life on the yacht is financially very costly. Her charter costs are €235,000 per week upwards in the summer, and another €22,000 is due for food and service on board, which is no wonder, since there is a lot of attraction on offer: “This summer, experience the magical places, food and experiences of the Mediterranean from the luxury of your own sailing yacht. The Parsifal III, her captain and talented crew are ready to ensure that your sailing experience is unique,” the charter company lets us know in the boat description.
The owner of the yacht is the Dane Kim Vibe Petersen, who has made a lot of money from coffee. His net worth is estimated at € 200 million. Is he a close friend of Najadi, so close that Najadi is one of the lucky – up to – 12 passengers who (presumably with company) is allowed to occupy one of the five cabins?
Or can it be that Najadi is not quite precise in his statements about the ownership of the ship? Does the yacht “belong” in Najadi’s eyes, at least temporarily, to possible charter clients? Who are these friends then? What is clear is that if Najadi has not been invited here by his potential friend Petersen, he certainly has other financially very potent friends.
But has Najadi been invited to a free sailing trip at all, or is he possibly bearing some of the costs himself?
According to his post on June 16, 2023, Najadi is still on the sailing trip that he first tweeted about on June 3, 2023. In the event of a charter, costs of around €500,000 would now already have been incurred for the luxury yacht. In the case that Najadi should contribute a significant amount (distributed on 12 possible cruse participants this makes approximately € 42,000 per person), the question is, why he could afford no lawyer with the complaint against Pfizer Inc. in New York, which might already for formal reasons is not looking very promising. Why did Najadi have to use the services of Ana McCarthy, a private individual, to file the lawsuit, which was submitted on handwritten forms, if he can pour out money for vacation trips just like that?
In the meantime, Najadi has reported to have split ways with McCarthy because she insulted and defamed him. He no longer wants to be part of her legal efforts against Pfizer in New York. He writes: “I have taken consequences accordingly and seize to operate, co-operate with Ana McCarthy on works, actions vs Pfizer Inc. New York. She will proceed from here on solely on her own on all legal actions vs. Pfizer Inc. New York on Cases 101048/22 and 100197/23, the latter involving my person and Swiss Criminal Cases, filed in her name as Ana McCarthy vs Pfizer Inc. NY at the New York State Supreme Court, Manhattan, West Street, NYC.” The joint website www.nmp-associates.com (here’s a snapshot from the Wayback Machine), which was used to solicit donations for the joint judicial activities, would henceforth focus only on the moving ahead with his three Swiss criminal complaints, Najadi said.
Najadi is now calling for donations for himself in umpteen languages with a new donor box. His new goal is CHF 20,000, to which a total of CHF 1,574.31 has been donated so far. Isn’t that peanuts in view of such an expensive sailing trip? For Najadi himself or at least for his extremely generous friends? Why raise money exclusively or additionally from the little man at all? What happened to the approximately € 46,000 that Najadi received in donations in the old donor box for the hopeless US lawsuits? And how much money has been deposited in his account at the Swiss Raiffeisenbank? What was it used for? Legal fees are unlikely to have been paid with it; as reported by 2020News, it is not apparent whether and to what extent lawyers were involved at all in the less than professional Pfizer lawsuits that McCarthy filed “pro se,” i.e., without legal representation.
It begs the questions, whether Najadi is actually on board the Parsifal III or whether he merely wanted to convey this impression by posting the photo. On June 3, 2023, Najadi lets the world know that he is on a sailing trip from Sardinia to Croatia. Strangely enough, the Parsifal III, whose photo he posts on June 4, 2023 as a view of his luxury accommodation, is at anchor in the port of Palma de Mallorca at this time, as can be seen from the website www.vesselfinder.com. Sardinia is 513.46 km away from Mallorca as the crow flies, or about 250 nautical miles. Too far for a day trip.
The Parsifal III then sailed via Port Vendres, France, to Ibiza and has been anchored there since June 10, 2023.
Najadi’s route, however, seems to have taken a completely different course. According to his travel report, he sailed from Sardinia to Croatia, Messina, Casablanca and now Tangier.
What is going on here? Did Najadi upload the photo of the Parsifal III even though he is not on this yacht? With which ship is he then on his way? If he is on board of the Parsifal III, correctly off Ibiza instead of Tangier, why doesn’t he communicate its actual location? Who are the people he is sailing with? Are they the people in the photo, or is this possibly a stock photo with some models manning happy luxury sailors? Why are there no photos of Najadi himself aboard the luxury yacht? What good is a travelogue for followers if it doesn’t correspond to reality?
The fact that Najadi is currently at sea and not on his balcony and that the trip seems to be luxurious is confirmed by his former comrade-in-arms McCarthy in a tweet. She writes “I called you to talk to you, but since you’re unavailable now on a tied leash navigating the oceans with your new “billionaire” flavor of the week, I left you a message with your dear beautiful wife.”
But where exactly is he and who are the billionaires he surrounds himself with? And what does that mean, “tied leash”?
